NOVENA TO OUR LADY QUEEN OF PEACE

First Day - June 30

Give peace, O Lord, in our days: for there is none other that fight for us, but only Thou, our God.

     V. Peace be within Thy walls.
     R And abundance within Thy towers.

Let us pray...

O God, from whom proceed all holy desires, all right counsels and just works, grant unto us Thy servants that peace which the world cannot give, that our hearts may be devoted to Thy service, and that, being delivered from the fear of our enemies, we may pass our time in peace under Thy protection. Amen.

An indulgence of 3 years.
A plenary indulgence on the usual conditions, if these prayers are said with devotion daily for a month.

Hail, thou most sublime Queen of Peace, most holy Mother of God! By the Sacred Heart of Jesus, thy Son, the "Prince of Peace," appease His anger and obtain that He may reign over us in peace.

The Memorare

Remember, O most sweet Virgin Mary, that never was it known that any one who had recourse to thee was left unaided. Full of confidence I come to thee, Mother of the Word Incarnate; despise not my prayers but, in thy mercy, hear and answer me. Amen.
