ENOUGH IS ENOUGH... CATHOLICS IN THE ARCHDIOCESE OF LAGOS MARCH FOR LIFE

The Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos were disappointed in a March for Life on Tuesday, May 22, 2018

    The Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos, lead by the Archbishop, Most Rev. (Dr.) Alfred Adewale Martins had a peaceful protest from Saint Leo Catholic Church Ikeja,  to the Governor's Office, Alausa, Ikeja on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 but were disappointed as the governor was not around to receive them.

   

The protesters expressed their grievances over the killings in the country, urging the governor to relate their grieves to the presidency.


    The Archbishop in his speech as inscribed in the letter meant for the President, Gen. Muhammad Buhari which he read out to the faithfuls intoned,  'enough is enough'. He advised the government to do something fast,  so as not to rouse war in our beloved country.
